Troy Grennan is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and serves as the physician lead for the Provincial HIV/STI Program at the British Columbia Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC). His work focuses on HIV/STI prevention, HPV-related diseases, and anal cancer screening for marginalized populations.

Dr. Grennan's research includes two CIHR-funded studies: the DISCO trial exploring doxycycline for STI chemoprophylaxis and the PEACH study evaluating HPV biomarkers for anal cancer prediction in HIV-positive MSM/trans women. He also works in the anal cancer screening clinic at St. Paul's Hospital.
His scientific awards include a CIHR Canadian HIV Trials Network Post-Doctoral Fellowship. At UBC, he contributes to clinical research and training in infectious diseases.
