Trish Scott

Dr Trish Scott is a Lecturer in Arts & Cultural Management at King's College London, based in the Department of Culture, Media & Creative Industries within the Faculty of Arts & Humanities. Her work bridges curatorial practice, experimental education, and institutional critique, focusing on power dynamics within cultural institutions and participatory frameworks. She has collaborated with major organizations including Tate, Turner Contemporary, and Goldsmiths Centre for Contemporary Art, while teaching at institutions like the Royal College of Art and the University of the Arts London.

Her research interests include social engagement in the arts, community-led curating, and creative pedagogies. She has pioneered projects that challenge institutional hierarchies and amplify marginalized voices through collaborative practices. Notable initiatives include co-founding the Embedding Contemporary Art in the Curriculum series and leading education programmes at Goldsmiths Centre for Contemporary Art (2019–2022).
