Trevor Ray

Trevor Ray is a Visiting Lecturer at the School of Business, University of Buckingham, where he also serves as the Learning and Development Manager. With a background in molecular biology and extensive experience in the commercial sector, he brings real-world expertise to his academic role, focusing on equipping students with practical skills for career success.

His research and professional interests center on personal and professional development, leadership training, and organizational learning. Drawing from over two decades in business—including founding and running successful biotech and pharmaceutical ventures—Trevor emphasizes practical, experiential learning in his teaching.

He previously served as a full-time lecturer for two years before returning to a visiting role, continuing to deliver workshops and seminars for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
