Treasa Kearney

Treasa Kearney is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Liverpool Management School and currently serves as Director of Education for the Marketing group. She holds a PhD in Marketing from Technology University Dublin (TUD) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning from Keele University. Her research focuses on Transformation Service Research (TSR), value co-creation, and customer service experiences, with applications in food poverty, conflict contexts, and higher education.

She teaches modules including Marketing Research, Contemporary Retail Environment, and Services Marketing (MKIB255). As an award-winning educator, she was recognized as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) in 2020 and actively enhances learning environments through initiatives promoting student and staff well-being. She is Associate Editor for Developing Academic Practice and reviews for journals like the Journal of Service Research and Journal of Marketing Education.
