Travis Shaffer is an Assistant Professor of Art at the University of Missouri's School of Visual Studies within the College of Arts and Science. His work spans photography, digital imaging, and artist's books, focusing on experimental printing techniques and socio-cultural narratives. Shaffer leads projects like ColorShift, funded by grants from the University of Missouri System and MU Council, and Nemesis, exploring economic structures through urban photography. His works are held in major collections such as MoMA, SFMoMA, and the Tate.
