Tracy Phillips

Tracy Phillips is a Visiting Assistant Professor at The Busch School of Business, The Catholic University of America. She is a seasoned consultant with over 20 years of expertise in human resources, training & development, management & leadership development, and organization development. Her consultancy firm, TMP Solutions, LLC, focuses on supporting small to large enterprises, with a specialization in entrepreneurial companies. She also serves as a Leadership Consultant for the Catholic Leadership Institute (CLI) and previously held an HR Director role, building HR infrastructure for a market research company.

Education:

• M.S., Training and Organization Development, Saint Joseph’s University
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational), The Pennsylvania State University

Professional Activities: Tracy combines academic engagement with active consulting, advising small businesses, and contributing to CLI’s leadership programs. Her research and practice emphasize organizational growth, leadership strategies, and human resource systems in evolving business environments.

Community Involvement: She serves on her local school board and is deeply engaged with Saint Peter Parish in West Brandywine, participating in lector roles, respect life initiatives, and lectio divina studies.
