Tracy Manning

Tracy Manning is an Assistant Professor of Theatre Arts and the Managing & Artistic Director of Theatre at Taylor University's Music, Theatre & Dance Department. With over 25 years of professional theatre experience, she transitioned from stage roles (actress, stage manager, properties master) to leadership roles as director of drama ministries and artistic director of Midwest theatres. She earned her MA from Indiana University and BA from Taylor University, where she now mentors students through directing and teaching.

Her work focuses on creating transformative spaces for student growth and audience engagement, blending academic rigor with spiritual reflection. Though her demanding role allows limited time for hobbies, she enjoys family activities, reading, and revisiting The West Wing series.
