Tracy Ginn

Tracy Ginn is a Lecturer in the Leadership and Professional Development Program at the College of Business, East Carolina University (ECU). She focuses on equipping students with essential career readiness skills, including job interview preparation, leadership philosophy articulation, and self-assessment of leadership qualities.

Her professional background spans over two decades in investment banking, with key roles at J.P. Morgan, Wachovia, and First Union, where she specialized in facilitating global trade transactions. Following the 2008 economic crisis, she transitioned into supply chain finance, helping suppliers of Fortune 500 companies maintain access to capital through receivables purchase programs.
