Professor Tracy Finch is a leading academic in Healthcare & Implementation Science at Northumbria University, with a focus on Normalization Process Theory (NPT) and implementation toolkits. She holds a PhD in Health Psychology from Deakin University (1999) and has held academic appointments at Manchester University and Newcastle University.
