Tracy Dodson is a Lecturer in Management at the University of Glasgow's School of Services and Operations Management. With over 30 years of professional experience, she specializes in project management practice improvement and services/operations management. Her career involves global leadership roles directing multi-million-dollar projects for organizations like BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, and Chevron, with expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), financial transformation, and organizational change management.
Currently teaches undergraduate Service and Operations Management and postgraduate Project Management. Conducts PhD research on the influence of project managers during the planning stage of projects.
