Tracie Edmond, Ph.D., CPA, is a Professor in the Department of Accounting at the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) School of Business. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Tech, an M.B.A. in Taxation from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Non-Profit Management) from Capella University. Her professional experience spans 22+ years across government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, including roles at Ernst & Young, AT&T, Valero Energy, San Antonio ISD, and the Pentagon.
