Tracey Robertson Bell is an Associate Professor and Coordinator of the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Duke University and specializes in neonatal care and global nursing education.
