Torsten Kilias

Torsten Kilias is a Researcher at the Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin and the DATEXIS team, affiliated with the Data Science +X Graduate School. He holds a degree from Ilmenau University (2012) with prior internships at IBM and TU-Berlin. His research focuses on text mining in databases, particularly in-database relation extraction (INDREX) and span data models for shared-nothing architectures. Current work involves managing knowledge graphs in relational databases under the BMWi-funded Smart Data Web project.
