Torsten Biemann

Prof. Dr. Torsten Biemann is a faculty member at the University of Mannheim within the Business School. He holds the Chair of General Business Administration, Human Resource Management and Leadership.

We conduct empirical research on human resource management and leadership, pursuing an evidence-based approach in teaching practices. Our focus areas include HR Analytics, organizational behavior, and personnel economics.
