Torgeir Skyttermoen

Torgeir Skyttermoen is an Associate Professor in Project Management at Oslo Business School, Faculty of Social Sciences, Oslo Metropolitan University. He currently serves as Dean of School of Management and maintains a position as Visiting Associate Professor at Innlandet Norway University of Applied Sciences. With over 20 years of teaching experience across multiple disciplines, Skyttermoen has developed numerous academic programs and is recognized for his commitment to quality education and learning processes.

His research spans leadership and organizational theory, project management, organizational design, leadership development, change management, and responsible management. Skyttermoen's work emphasizes practical applications of theoretical frameworks in both academic and professional settings, with particular relevance to executive education and public sector organizations.
