Tony Milligan

Dr. Tony Milligan is a Research Fellow in Philosophy of Ethics at King's College London's Department of Theology & Religious Studies, affiliated with the Lau China Institute. His work bridges ethics, space exploration, environmental policy, and indigenous rights. Currently leads projects on cosmological visionaries (ERC-funded) exploring climate change dialogue between scientists and indigenous groups in China/Russia borderlands.

Research focuses on otherness and shared futures through space ethics, science-religion boundaries, and inclusive decision-making frameworks.
