Tongqing Ding

Dr. Tongqing (Tony) Ding is a Senior Lecturer (Engagement/Research) in the Department of Accounting at the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Business and Economics. He joined in September 2019.

Research Focus: Tony's work centers on corporate governance, corporate disclosure of governance-related information, financial reporting, and director labor markets. He employs textual analysis to address unresolved questions in board busyness, leadership structures, annual shareholder meetings, CEO succession, and governance disclosure.
