Tong Meng

Tong Meng is a Lecturer in the Department of Management at the University of Mississippi's School of Business Administration and serves as Director of Programs at the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE). She teaches ENT 101: Social Entrepreneurship and ENT 351: Design Thinking for Innovation while overseeing CIE operations and advising the student-led Entrepreneurship Club.

• Education: MBA in Marketing from University of North Carolina at Greensboro (2013)

Her research interests focus on entrepreneurship, innovation management, and strategic program development. Previously, she worked as a TEFL instructor in China and at Duke University's campus in China as Manager of Undergraduate Programs. She plays a pivotal role in fostering campus entrepreneurship through program design and student mentorship.
