Tomislav Nedić is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law Osijek, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek. He holds a PhD in Law (2022) and is a doctoral student in Philosophy at the University of Zagreb. His work bridges civil law, bioethics, and animal ethics, with a focus on property rights in unconventional contexts like human body parts, digital assets, and animals. He has held visiting researcher positions at King's College London (2023) and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (2024), and is leading a research project at the University of Antwerp (2024) on nature's rights.
