Tomaz Morais is a Lecturer in Team Leadership at the Post-Graduate Course in Sports Marketing and Management at Iscte Executive Education. He is also the CEO of Atitude Colectiva and a consultant to the Portuguese Rugby Federation. Additionally, he serves as a World Rugby and Rugby Europe consultant and is a member of the FIRA-AER Young Competition Committee.
His research and professional expertise focus on Leadership, Team Management, Motivation, and Communication, with over 200 speaking engagements on these topics. He contributes to media as a regular commentator on Mais Futebol (TVI24) and a weekly columnist at Jornal a Bola. He is the author of the book "Compromisso: Nunca Desistir" ("Compromise: Never Give Up").
