Tomasz Starecki

Professor Tomasz Starecki is a faculty member at the Warsaw University of Technology's Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology. He serves as Dean of the Faculty (2024-present) and leads the Research Group on Pulse and Photoacoustic Techniques. His academic credentials include M.Sc. (1988), Ph.D. (1995), D.Sc. (2009), and MBA (2020). He has held leadership roles including Director of the Institute of Electronic Systems (2016-2020) and vice-Dean for Research (2020-2024).

Publications and patents in the last decade demonstrate expertise in sensor technology, optoacoustic measurement systems, and low-noise electronics. He has contributed to CTA Observatory gamma-ray research while maintaining core focus on applied physics and instrumentation engineering through over 100 publications.
