Prof. Tomasz Kalitko is a distinguished academic at the University of Arts Poznań (UAP), serving as Professor and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Painting and Drawing since 2016. He leads the 6th Painting Studio, having held this role since 2016. His academic journey includes studies at UAP (2000–2006) with a prestigious Erasmus scholarship in Cluj-Napoca (2003) and creative research in New York (2004). He holds a PhD and has received multiple accolades including first place at the 2007 International Painting Workshops and a 2011 Wielkopolska Province Cultural Scholarship.
