Dr. Tomasz Demendecki is a Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin, Poland, affiliated with the Department of Civil Procedure and International Trade Law. He holds a habilitated doctorate in legal sciences and has been employed at UMCS since 2001.
