Tom W Hall

Dr. Tom W Hall is a Professor in the Department of Accounting at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, The University of Texas at Arlington. He holds a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University and has been a faculty member since 1981, teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in financial accounting and auditing. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Texas.

• Financial Accounting

Dr. Hall's scholarly work has been published in leading journals including The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, Auditing: A Journal of Practice & Theory, and Journal of Applied Psychology. His research explores measurement accuracy in accounting systems and how employee involvement affects organizational decision-making outcomes.

Dr. Hall advises students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and has served as a statistical consultant for commercial enterprises and CPA firms. He continues to contribute significantly to accounting education and research at UTA.
