Tom Hashimoto is an Associate Professor of International and Regional Economics at Vilnius University and an Assistant Professor at Vistula University. His expertise spans financial centre development, FinTech ecosystems, and EU Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI), integrating legal, financial, and geoeconomic perspectives. He holds a DPhil (PhD) from the University of Oxford and an LL.M. from the University of Hamburg, with additional certifications in green bonds from the World Bank’s IFC and ICMA.
