Tom Deliens

Tom Deliens is a postdoctoral researcher at the Movement and Nutrition for Health and Performance unit, Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). His work bridges physical activity, nutrition, and chronic disease management, with a focus on sustainable health interventions.

• Active in 11 ongoing projects (2024–2028), including PLANT-Z (plant-based diets for Generation Z) and BO2WL Trial (weight loss for chronic low back pain).
