Tom Damen

Tom Damen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social, Health and Organisational Psychology at Utrecht University's Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences. He holds a PhD from Radboud University (2015) and specializes in psychological mechanisms of agency and responsibility judgments.

His research examines how agency and responsibility emerge in fundamental and applied contexts, particularly how they influence cognition and behavior. Research themes include:
