Todd V. Cartee

Dr. Todd V. Cartee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Dermatology at Penn State University. As a fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon, he holds dual board certifications from the American Board of Dermatology and American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. His clinical practice spans three Pennsylvania locations: Hershey, Harrisburg, and Camp Hill.
