Todd Ruppar, PhD, RN, GCNS-BC, FAHA, FAAN, serves as the John L. and Helen Kellogg Professor in the College of Nursing at Rush University, specializing in the Department of Adult Health and Gerontological Nursing. He also holds the position of Director of the PhD Program.
