Tod McGrath is a Lecturer at MIT’s Center for Real Estate and concurrently serves as Vice President of Finance at Boston Properties. His academic role includes teaching Real Estate Ventures I & II for MIT’s Master’s program and Commercial Real Estate Development in the Professional Education Certificate program. He also lectures on negotiating agreements for real estate ventures.
