Toby Purser serves as Head of Conducting at the Royal College of Music (RCM), bringing extensive professional experience to his academic role. Holding credentials including MA, DipPerf RAM, and ARAM (Associate of the Royal Academy of Music), he represents a significant figure in musical education and performance.
