Tobias Harding

Tobias Harding is a Senior Lecturer at the University of South-Eastern Norway, specializing in Cultural Policy, Heritage Studies, and Civil Society. His research explores the intersection of Swedish cultural policy, secularization, and national identity, particularly focusing on the heritagization of religious architecture and the role of faith-based organizations in secular states. He teaches at the International Master’s Program on Cultural Policy at the University of Jyväskylä and has contributed to critical analyses of Sweden’s cultural canon and the politicization of heritage.
