Tirthadipa Pradhan-Sundd

Tirthadipa Pradhan-Sundd, PhD is an Assistant Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin, affiliated with Versiti Blood Research Institute. She holds dual appointments in the Department of Cell Biology, Neurobiology and Anatomy and the Division of Hematology and Oncology. Her research focuses on hepato-vascular mechanisms in hematologic diseases, particularly sickle cell disease and hemophilia.

Lab Highlights: The Pradhan-Sundd Lab uses humanized mouse models to study hepatic vascular dysfunction, recently discovering endothelial fenestration defects impacting gene therapy efficacy in hemophilia. They collaborate across disciplines to develop novel therapeutic strategies.
