Dr. Tingting Liu is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business at St. Thomas Aquinas College, where she joined in 2022. Her research focuses on talent management, human resource analytics, and predictive workforce strategies. She holds a PhD in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University, a Master’s in Education (Pedagogy/Instructional Design) from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Science and Technology in Beijing.
Dr. Liu teaches undergraduate and graduate courses including Management & Organization, Human Resource Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Global Management. Her research emphasizes forecasting staffing needs and optimizing workforce management through data-driven approaches. She values the collaborative culture at STAC and leverages its resources for innovative teaching and scholarship.
