Ting Lin

Ting Lin, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Construction Engineering at Texas Tech University's Whitacre College of Engineering. She is affiliated with the National Wind Institute and focuses on structural and multi-hazard resilience research.
