Dr. Timothy Wakefield serves as the Department Chair and Professor of Biology at John Brown University (JBU). He joined the faculty in 2000 and teaches courses such as Biological Sciences, Marine Biology, Human Anatomy, and Global Environmental Stewardship. His research and teaching focus on marine biology, including fieldwork in the Florida Keys during Spring Break lab trips. He also leads Marine Biology courses for the Au Sable Institute during summers.
