Timothy Trujillo is Associate Professor of Mathematics at Sam Houston State University. His research explores foundational mathematics including combinatorial set theory, ultrafilters, and infinite-dimensional Ramsey theory. As a 2017 MAA Project NeXT Fellow, he focuses on applications of non-standard arithmetic.
Trujillo teaches undergraduate mathematics courses and mentors students in advanced mathematical reasoning. He holds a PhD from University of Denver and completed postdoctoral training at Colorado School of Mines.
