Timothy R Bastian

Timothy R Bastian is a full-time Clinical Instructor in the Department of Economics & Finance at Creighton University's Heider College of Business. He joined the faculty in 2003 after serving as an economics faculty member at the U.S. Air Force Academy and a decade of professional experience in managed health care and dental insurance sectors.

• Educational Background: Associate in Science (Computer Science, Jamestown Community College), Bachelor’s in Quantitative Business Analysis (Penn State University), Master’s in Economics (Syracuse University).

Research & Teaching Focus: Mr. Bastian specializes in teaching microeconomics, macroeconomics, health care economics, and introductory finance. His expertise bridges economic theory with practical applications in business and health care finance.
