Timothy Larson

Timothy Larson is a Senior Lecturer (part-time) in the Department of Business at the School of Business & Economics, University of Wisconsin-Superior. With over 40 years of corporate experience in Fortune 500 companies, he specializes in operations, supply management, and leadership. He also teaches at multiple institutions including the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and Portland State University.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (University of Wisconsin-Superior)
• Georgia State University Master Teacher Program

Research Focus: Transformational change management within large organizations, addressing interpersonal dynamics and political challenges during organizational transitions.

• 2022/2023 Superior Senior High School Hall of Fame

Professional Engagement: Serves on non-profit boards including Special Olympics Minnesota, Institute for Supply Management, and Girl Scouts of Oregon & SW Washington. Currently chairs CREWTEK's Board.

Personal: Lives in Washington State with his wife Ericka, shares UW-Superior roots through his family, and enjoys outdoor activities like salmon fishing.
