Timothy Knautz

Timothy Knautz is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside since 2002. He holds an M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science from the same institution. His expertise spans Web Programming, Web Services, Databases, HTML, and CSS. He teaches courses ranging from introductory computer science to advanced topics like Web Security and Mobile Development. Knautz has been consistently nominated for the Stella Gray Teaching Excellence award since 2011. His research interests include system security and software engineering, with a notable publication in IEEE Software Security and Reliability (SERE). He actively serves on committees such as ITPC and General Education, and has contributed to curriculum development.
