Timothy Johnson is Horace T. Morse Distinguished Professor of Political Science and Law at the University of Minnesota. An expert on U.S. Supreme Court decision-making, he founded the Center for the Study of Political Psychology and examines judicial behavior, oral arguments, and executive-judiciary relations.
