Timothy H. Barclay

Timothy H. Barclay is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychology at Liberty University's School of Behavioral Sciences. A licensed psychologist and retired police officer, he specializes in adolescent behavior disorders, PTSD, and neurostimulation therapies.
