Timothy Gilbert

Timothy Gilbert serves as a full-time Lecturer of Criminal Justice at Waynesburg University and Director of Public Safety. He teaches undergraduate courses such as Drug Investigations, Gang Investigations, and Criminal Investigations, as well as graduate-level courses in the Master of Arts in Criminal Investigation (MACI) Program. Previously, he spent 28 years as a law enforcement officer with the Pennsylvania State Police, specializing in undercover narcotics, intelligence operations, and electronic surveillance. His expertise includes drug trafficking, human trafficking, and extremist group investigations.
