Timothy Exell

Dr. Timothy Exell is a Senior Lecturer in Biomechanics and Rehabilitation Science at the University of Portsmouth, School of Psychology, Sport and Health Sciences. With a PhD in Biomechanical Asymmetry from Cardiff Metropolitan University (2010) and postdoctoral experience at the University of Southampton (EPSRC-funded), he bridges academic roles with practical applications in sports performance and rehabilitation.
