Timothy Edgemon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology, Anthropology & Social Work at Auburn University's College of Liberal Arts. He earned his PhD from the University of Georgia in 2020 and completed a National Institute of Justice Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati Corrections Institute (2020-2021).

- Human trafficking victimization in Sub-Saharan Africa
- Prison-level structures affecting mental health of incarcerated women
