Professor Timothy Ebbels is a Professor of Biomedical Data Science at Imperial College London’s Faculty of Medicine, leading the Section of Bioinformatics within the Division of Systems Medicine. He directs the MRes in Biomedical Research and co-leads its Data Science stream. His research focuses on computational metabolomics, integrating post-genomic technologies like genomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics using machine learning, AI, and statistical methods. Key interests include metabolomic data integration, NMR spectroscopy analysis, and multi-omics approaches.
