Dr. Timothy Link is Professor of Hydrology and Director of the Water Resources Graduate Program at the University of Idaho. His research investigates snowpack dynamics, watershed responses to climate change, and interdisciplinary water resource management in forested ecosystems.
Research focuses:
- Snow redistribution in complex terrain
- Forest evapotranspiration modeling
- Climate impacts on western watersheds
He leads field studies in the Reynolds Creek Experimental Watershed and teaches graduate courses in snow hydrology. Collaborations include USDA and USGS.
