Dr. Timothy Cowan is a Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Applied Climate Sciences at the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ). He is based at the Toowoomba Campus and holds a BSc(Hons) from the University of Melbourne and a PhD from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
