Timo Aalto

Timo Aalto is a D.Sc. (Tech.) Research Team Leader at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, specializing in silicon photonics. He has led the Silicon photonics team since 1997, focusing on integrated optics, photonic integrated circuits, and optoelectronics. He holds a D.Sc. in optoelectronics technology from Helsinki University of Technology (2004).
