Timm Braasch

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Timm Braasch serves as Professor at Westphalian University of Applied Sciences within the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Environmental and Building Technology, where he directs the Ruhr Master School and contributes to the Westphalian Energy Institute.

His research specializes in:

• Building Physics: Moisture/thermal protection of building components, energy efficiency certification (EnEV compliance), and energy performance diagnostics
• Structural Engineering: Statics, structural design, finite element analysis, and concrete construction methodologies
